Wedding at Cameron Estate Inn | Beth and Andy

Springtime weddings in Central PA are always beautiful no matter what the weather, and Andy & Beth’s wedding was proof of that. We had a bit of everything from sun to wind and rain, which always has the opportunity for great light.

The wedding ceremony took place in Mechanicsburg, PA and then we headed to Cameron Estate Inn in Mount, Joy, PA for the reception. We saw the clouds building overhead and knew that rain was coming shortly. About 3 minutes after we finished these gorgeous images, the skies opened up.

Family Portrait Session in Chantilly, VA

Last weekend I took a trip over to Chantilly, VA to see my friend Amber. We met about 6 years ago while living in Las Vegas, NV.

Engagement Session in Mechanicsburg, PA | Caroline + Josh

I had a great time this past weekend photographing Caroline and Josh’s engagement session. While I love each and every one of my clients, every year there are 4 or 5 couples that really stand out……and we just click. Caroline and Josh were one of those couples. They were so fun and easy to work. When Josh picked up a chicken and wanted her to be part of the session…..I knew I was going to love working with them.

I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next spring.

A Fun Family Portrait Session in Hershey, PA

I had a blast photographing this family portrait session for Andrea, Ross and Hugh.

We met in Hershey and walked around the beautiful grounds of hotel Hershey. Everything always looks so perfect there.

Hugh was absolutely adorable and I loved his little bow tie.

Wedding at Riverdale Manor in Lancaster, PA | Kristan & Jason

Last month I had the privilege of photographing my very first wedding at Riverdale Manor in Lancaster, PA. This place was gorgeous. The grounds were perfect for a wedding photographer. There was not really a bad place to take a photo. I can’t wait to go back to this amazing location.

Kristan and Jason had their ceremony and reception at Riverdale and the weather was beautiful.

The Party Cam from Sarah’s Sweet 16 in Hershey.

Last weekend I brought The Party Cam to Sarah’s sweet 16 birthday party in Hershey, PA.

This was the coolest birthday party I have ever seen. DJ Klock Entertainment had the neighborhood rockin’ and Events Done Bright lit the property up (I am talking full dance floor lighting and even lighting for all of the trees on the property). Once the sun went down it looked like Disneyworld! Those 2 guys really set an amazing ambiance for these kids to hang out and have fun.

I was brought in for The Party Cam. For those of you who do not know what The Party Cam is, let me explain what it is not, and then show you what it is.

It is not a photo booth that you get inside of. It is not a photo booth that fits 2-3 people. It is not a photo booth that prints little photos.

What is it you ask? It is pure awesomeness! That is the only way to explain the fun people have in The Party Cam.

Hotel Hershey Engagement Photos | Brittany and Brandon

Space Shuttle Discovery | Final Flight

This morning my 2 boys and I headed out on a road trip to try and catch a glimpse of Space Shuttle Discovery making her final flight into Dulles National Airport. she was riding piggyback on Nasa’s enormous 747.

We pulled into VA and traffic was at a standstill. All parking lots were full and we thought we were done. I went 2 exits past the airport and pulled over into an industrial office complex (to let me boys use the car potty). As I was getting the car potty set up, Dylan, my 4 year old, says “Hey Daddy…….look at that!” I turned around to see Discovery on approach. I grabbed my camera, dialed in my exposure in about 1 tenth of a second and snapped off a few frames. This one is being printed and going in my boys room.

It was a long drive but so worth it. My boys played with their Matchbox Space Shuttles the entire way home
